All our classes are currently running On-line for 2021. The classes will run for blocks of 4 weeks.

We have both Live and Recorded Classes. All our Recorded classes are accessible through the Members Area. 

You must register as a member in order to access the Recorded classes.

New videos will be added each week along with extra material from time to time.

Pilates

We offer Pilates mat classes at all levels, with an initial 1:1 assessment for those not familiar with Pilates. We also provide 11 and 3:1 machine-based Pilates where your workout will be specifically tailored towards you by your physio.

Pregnancy Pilates

We offer mat based Pre-Natal Pilates classes after a pre-natal assessment with a physiotherapist. The focus is on core stability, strength and overall fitness, our Pre-Natal classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come.

Stay Fit Circuits

This is friendly and fun exercises class aimed at those over 65yrs however younger age groups have also found this very beneficial. This is a circuit-based class led by a physiotherapist focusing on improving your strength and conditioning, balance and overall fitness. The class is kept small in order cater for the individual needs of each of our attendees. An initial assessment of your mobility is determined before commencing the class.
