For now, all Pilates Classes are taking place online. They take place in blocks of 4 weeks, with the next block commencing in the week beginning 18th May 2020. Payment gives you access to all of our group classes for that 4 week term.

Pilates

We offer Pilates mat classes at all levels, with an initial 1:1 assessment for those not familiar with Pilates. We also provide 1;1 and 3:1 machine-based Pilates where your workout will be specifically tailored towards you by your physio.

Pregnancy Pilates

We offer mat based PreNatal Pilates classes after a prenatal assessment with a physiotherapist. The focus is on core stability, strength and overall fitness, our PreNatal classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come.

Stay Fit Circuits

This is friendly and fun exercises class aimed at those over 65yrs however younger age groups have also found this very beneficial. This is a circuit-based class led by a physiotherapist focusing on improving your strength and conditioning, balance and overall fitness. The class is kept small in order cater for the individual needs of each of our attendees. An initial assessment of your mobility is determined before commencing the class.
